Manufacturers Warranty 

  • LM Engineering and Supplies will honour the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the manufacturers timeline and Terms and Conditions, as stipulated below: 
    • Manufacturer will replace any of its products, free of charge, if these present failures attributable to the quality of employed materials or flaws in the manufacturing process.
    • Within 24 hrs of failure, the Buyer must submit:
      • Report plus clear photographs on the “failure” experienced.
      • Percussion hours from installation to failure.
      • Records of installation and maintenance practises and actions.
      • Latest detail of lubrication, hydraulics pressures, operator and installer experience and techniques.
      • Any additional information related to ground / operational conditions and operator actions.
      • Manufacturer reserves the right to analyze the products under investigation, where it is not clear that it is attributable to manufacturing processes or materials.
      • If required, Buyer to cover cost to return products to manufacturer for analysis.
        • If the laboratory report recommends a positive Warranty Claim, the manufacturer will also reimburse the return costs, in full.
        • If the laboratory report recommends a negative Warranty Claim, the seller will cover the analysis costs in full.
  • The warranty offered by the manufacturer does not cover damage to parts or equipment due to failures or misuse by the machine operator.
  • The warranty offered by the manufacturer does not cover failures due to poor dimensional fit with alternative parts from other producers.
  • The warranty is only effective when our spares are fitted to OEM components or our components, previously ordered.
